2. Eligibility & Registration

To open an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times while your Account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age. n999bd strictly enforces this minimum age and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or proxy for any third party.
• You have not previously had an Account closed, suspended, or terminated by n999bd for any violation of these Terms.
• All registration information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to update your details promptly if any information changes.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, consultant, or family member of any such person employed by n999bd or any of its affiliated entities or game providers.

n999bd reserves the absolute right to decline a registration application or close an existing Account at its sole discretion, including where eligibility requirements are not met or cannot be verified to n999bd's satisfaction.

3. Account Rules & Security

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple Accounts — whether directly or through family members, associates, or third parties — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, n999bd will close all but the earliest verified Account. Any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals in the duplicate Accounts are subject to forfeiture.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials linked to your Account. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. You agree to notify n999bd's customer support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. n999bd will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

n999bd employs 256-bit SSL encryption and optional OTP-based two-factor authentication to protect your Account. However, it is your responsibility to ensure the security of the device and network you use to access the Platform. n999bd strongly recommends that you do not access your Account on shared or public devices or unsecured Wi-Fi networks.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted exclusively in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka). n999bd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time: Typically within 10–30 minutes for verified bKash and Nagad accounts; bank transfers may take up to 3 business days.
• Identity verification: Full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before any withdrawal is processed. This includes submission of a valid national ID (NID), passport, or birth certificate, together with proof of the payment method used for deposits.
• Withdrawal source: Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit into the Account, and only in the name of the registered Account holder.
• Transaction fees: n999bd does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own charges, for which n999bd bears no responsibility.

n999bd reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraud or money laundering, or any other compliance requirement. In such cases, n999bd will endeavour to communicate the reason and expected timeline to the affected Player.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

n999bd offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is awarded.

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed full account registration and identity verification, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each specific promotion only once. Attempts to claim a promotion multiple times through duplicate accounts or coordinated play will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement, which must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money deposits are used first in all wagering, unless a specific promotion specifies otherwise.
• Games do not all contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Sports betting, crash games, and live casino typically contribute 100%, while certain slot titles or table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Contribution rates are listed in the relevant promotion terms.
• n999bd reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that Players who have already accepted a bonus will not be disadvantaged in satisfying existing wagering requirements unless evidence of abuse is found.
• Any bonus obtained through fraudulent means, including but not limited to multiple account registrations, the use of automated tools, or abuse of platform errors, will be immediately void, and n999bd reserves the right to recover all associated winnings and close the Account.

6. Responsible Gaming

n999bd is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to Players seriously. All registered Players have access to the following responsible gaming tools directly from their Account settings panel:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Caps on net losses over a defined period. The same cooling-off rules as deposit limits apply.
• Session time reminders: In-browser alerts after a Player-defined period of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion: Voluntary account suspension for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanently. All promotional communications are suspended during the exclusion period.
• Reality check: Periodic pop-up notifications showing cumulative session time and net wagering activity.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the n999bd Platform. Any Player found engaging in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether personally or through associates.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any arrangement to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event offered on the Platform.
• Attempting to launder money or process payments on behalf of third parties through the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or at any other time.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is legally prohibited.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing n999bd staff, other players, or any person associated with the Platform.
• Reverse-engineering, copying, distributing, or commercially exploiting any part of the Platform's software, design, or content without express written consent.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the n999bd Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, and software — is the exclusive property of n999bd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to any Player. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Game titles, provider names (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, PG Soft, and others), and associated assets are the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used on the Platform under licence. n999bd does not claim ownership of any third-party game provider content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, n999bd shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure — arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Platform, even if n999bd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

n999bd's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player to their Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

n999bd does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or events outside n999bd's reasonable control may cause temporary service interruptions. n999bd will not be liable for any losses incurred during such interruptions, including any open bets or game sessions affected by a service outage.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

n999bd collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy sets out in detail what data is collected, how it is used, how long it is retained, and the rights you have with respect to your personal data.

n999bd employs industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. All payment transactions are processed over encrypted channels. n999bd does not sell your personal data to third parties.

11. Amendments to These Terms

n999bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, n999bd will display a notice on the Platform and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange closure of your Account.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and n999bd, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting n999bd's customer support team at [email protected]. n999bd will use reasonable endeavours to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint being submitted, either party may escalate the dispute through formal channels. n999bd's decision on all betting disputes — including disputed game outcomes, void bets, and bonus eligibility — shall be final and binding, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
